The office is directed and managed by three principals, each with over 30 years of experience.

Michael Winstanley AIA leads the office creatively. He has won numerous design awards in architecture interiors and planning. His work has been widely published. Mr. Winstanley has been responsible for over 20 design awards from professional organizations.

Yves Springuel AIA is responsible for the management of the firm’s resources and financial performance. His experience with managing both projects and firms has been earned throughout his 30 year history with national design firms.

George Eisenberger AIA LEED AP is very knowledgeable of building technology and project management protocols. He leads the technical compliance and quality assurance program for the firm.

The metropolitan Washington office is located in a renovated industrial building in the heart of Alexandria’s Old Town and has won two design awards for the renovation.
