Witter Place is a 94-unit affordable housing project along Duke Street in Alexandria, VA. The project will feature tracery and public art to tie the building to the surrounding community and pay homage to the adjacent sports fields.

Winstanley Architects joins partners Moseley Designs, Community Housing Partners, Innova, and Harkins Builders, Inc. to undertake this project.
