After years of hiatus, the site of the former Latham Hotel at the intersection of 30th Street and M Street gets a new makeover. Located in the historic neighborhood of Georgetown, the 3000 M Street project sits at the corner of M Street and 31st Street.

The project proposes to redevelop the property to a 4 or 5-star hotel consisting of approximately 100 rooms with 10,000 sq ft of retail, a hotel restaurant, conference areas, spa and health club. The hotel is designed with approximately 120,000 gsf spread out through 6 floors above grade and two floors below grade. A specialty retail pavilion sits along M Street offering a unique retail experience. There will be a rooftop venue as well.
