Coral Harbour Resort & Marina

Coral Harbour Resort and Marina is located on the southern shore Nassau on New Providence Island.  The project includes multiple development components including a new marina, a yacht club, luxury retail, residences both single family and multifamily, a new hotel and recreational amenities scattered throughout the site.

The marina is the central focus of the development with over 68 slips in the central location and other private slips located adjacent to many of the properties. The marine caters to mega and super yachts with twelve 300’ slips, twenty-one 200’ slips and the remaining slips sized between 50’ and 150’.  As part of the marina the development includes a yacht club, harbor master, fuel dock and marina specialties retail.

The residences are located throughout the site and included both single family and condominium products for sale.  Phase one is located on First Beach and includes a three building complex of condominiums and amenities.

The hotel is a 250 room luxury brand and includes branded residences in the central tower.  The hotel includes a series of bungalows book ending the hotel tower and 24 overwater bungalows as well as luxury amenities including a spa, fitness center and multipurpose center.
