Serving as the gateway to San Antonio’s newest 1.5 million-square-foot town center, Eilan Village, Office Buildings 2 & 3 offer over 100,000 sq ft of Class-A office space, each for a total of 200,000 sf. With an exterior of stone and stucco, the office buildings are reminiscent of a Tuscan village reflecting the overall theme of the development, and welcome those entering the development.

Constructed with 42-ft clear span floor plates and post-tension slabs, the office buildings provide increased usable floor space that is not interrupted by vertical structural members, i.e., columns and shear walls. The resulting “open floor plan,” by reducing restrictions created by the structural elements, provides tenants with increased flexibility of space and floor planning options.

Parking for visitors and tenants is located in the two adjacent parking structures. These structures, providing spaces for 750 automobiles, are harmonious with the surrounding buildings with recessed garage entry to subordinate their impact.
