The project spans the full width of a block between Henry and Patrick streets with its long frontage along an alley – Dunham Way. This parcel includes three buildings:  a 4 story 16-unit condominium building with retail and live/work units at the ground floor along Henry St, a 6-story 142 space automated parking structure, and a 3-unit luxury condo building at Patrick St. The automated parking structure will be the first in the area, servicing not only the new multi-family buildings, but also capturing all the displaced parking that exists currently on the parcels.

This project is part of a 4-building mixed used development located on two separate parcels one block away from each in the heart of Old Town Alexandria. The project is one of the largest developments in the heart of the historic city and requires substantial approvals including the Board of Architectural Review.

The second project is on King St, a 4 story 30-unit condominium with retail space facing King Street and live/ work units at the rear facing Downham Way. The massing of this component has been broken down into two masses to reduce the apparent size of the project along King Street.  Special attention was paid to the brick detailing which includes celebrated brick corbeling around each opening.
