Rosewood Washington, DC in Georgetown has six townhouses adjacent to the hotel as part of the hotel’s room offerings. The boutique hotel on 31st St. NW bought six townhouses on its block and began renovating them in August 2019. The 1,100-square-foot, four-story townhomes are now ready for booking, and they bring Rosewood’s room count to 55.

The townhouses feature private entrances and back courtyards, full kitchens, and a full-floor master bathroom. Guests have the option to have their fridges stocked by Cut chef Andrew Skala, and can specify what kind of meals they are looking for, from backyard barbecues to vegan options.

Guests can also choose fully prepared meals via rooms service. The townhouses, designed by interior designer Thomas Pheasant, also give guests access to the hotel’s amenities, including the pool and gym, and a butler service.
